Help..,M180s Resurrection problem

I have Korean Samsung Galaxy Tab M180s dead boot after flashing with P1000 firmware.

Resurrection with RIFF

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.28, JTAG Manager Version: 1.37
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung M180S]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x1BA00477 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.79V, TCK Frequency is 8 MHz

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...OK
Starting communication with resurrector...OK

Detected an Initialized FLASH1 Chip, ID: 0x00EC/0x0060 (1024MB)
Flashing the dead body...OK
WARNING: Programming Error (0x24) at 0x0000BC0000 is handled as Cut Excess.
Resurrection complete!

Now phone still dead boot...,

please help me...,

When write full dump file and erase also got this error :



that's mean bad flash ic...????

I have same problem. Just tick " remember .... " and push ignore.
After flashing full flash, I go to download mode and flash with Odin 1.81 rom dl24... Or some one .
Now I have working M180s

make sure you have full battery charg and use usb and push power on key during resurrect
if not solve :
read full dump from working phone and only flash important area from q-plugin...now,phone in download mode and you can flash with odin

The battery is fully cahrged and also use usb & push power on key during resurrection, but same problem.

I have M180S_Full_Alive.bin downloaded from data exchange plugin, then use q-plugin.

there is 14 partition name, which file that must flashed to phone..???

Try to write partition 1 ( IBL+PBL ),
phone still can't put into downlod mode.
but detected as sec s5pc110 test b d and ask for driver when plug to pc.


what that's mean..???

I am woking without battery at all( just plugging USB cable and quickly push Write button) . Try write full dump M180s_Full_Alive.bin. It may be some errors , ignore them. It take many time , about 2 h. Finally try Downlode mode. Do redirect again, may be it' s work. Before, I have working 3button mode(download) , but always freeze on anycall logo. Now all fine

I hate to say this...., but my problem solved by other JTAG tool...,

I don't know what's the problem...,

are there a bug's on RIFF software...???

or maybe it was just my stupidity...???
