help for riff box jtag - GSM-Forum

hi all.I just got riff box jtag.I ask help because I can not download updates.This is what that tells me.........
Connecting to the Updates Server...OK
Getting Updates Information from the Server...ERROR
ERROR: Couldn't get the new Updates Information. Can anyone help me?Thank you

On Vista or Win7 need to run as Admin.

when I try to do connect e get ID gives me error .....The RTCK signal does not respond.The cable RTCK is offline because on i900 omnia no cable RTCK
