Hi

What is phone history?
if imei/bb lost suddenly ,You need check HW
if lost by wrong fw ,you can repar via RIFF box

it confuse by other fw then i reflash it back still lost bb
how can i repair it by riff box?

1-look pcb and search for printed exactly model on pcb
2-start dl-mode and see second line..what is model in "Product Name"???

oh on pcb it E160s but in dl mode is 160k
when i reflash it to E160s it can't reflash

Did you check Product Name in Downloading after write dump? it still E160k? or Changed to E160s?
if still is e160k,Please connect your alived phone to RIFF then contact me

Now my phone go to original is E160s by dump file but it still lost bb

Did you flash phone by any full FW..?(3 or 4 Parts Frmware or Any 1 package with all part's fw) also repartition with PIT...?
