i need to know how to write efs with riff for i9000 to repair imei ?

Start JTAG Manager -> Useful Plugins -> Samsung i9000 like tool.

Open Flash dump, click "Make partitions from File".
Double click "EFS" partition,
Click "Flash Selected".

Yes, this plugin works with i9000, P1000, T959 etc.
If it can read partitions from dump, You can use it for any model.
