Htc 8s "ERROR: RAM memory selftest failed." - GSM-Forum

Got one htc 8x dead afer updade made by client. After operator logo phone show sad face and shut down and don`t enter in download mode.
I try ressurrect on 2 pc, one with win 7 other with win xp, but same error. Here is log:
Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.35, JTAG Manager Version: 1.49
Selected Resurrector: [HTC 8S (PM5910002) V1.0.4856.56650]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x207D00E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.80V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at 100 kHz]

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...FAILED
ERROR: RAM memory selftest failed.

On the back is write: PM59100 but mainboard looks the same with picture from ressurrector manual HTC 8s.
Any help please..

I have exactly the same problem with my HTC 8S. Client upgrade soft and that phone death. Only Shows only after connecting the USB from Windows detects the phone as:
