HTC Bad Blocks?

i have a few HTC phones with bad blocks, i get errors like below when erasing, now the phone appears to flsh okay but it freezes and crashes, i assume this is why, i do have a perfectly working wildfire here that i have done a full dump of, i was hoping i could some how flash that dump to the new phone and mark the sectors as bad some how so it will skip them? is that possible?

Yeah, some times the dump doesnt work that well, try a hard reset and it will be fine, worked for me. Or just run a RUU, maybe wont be the actual phone, but at least a working phone
