I would say it maybe a hardware problem but what was the state of the phone before hand ? Or are you just changing the CID or unlocking ?

Some times with this phone it error outs at about 40 percent but the phone will still get in Hboot after . How far do you get ?

it finshes 100% and no boot
i have 5 phones same thing
all after last update prior to update all was 100%

Rewrite phone IMEI, this will also rewrite HTC partition. You can also write supercid (11111111).

i did same thng resurrection done? but fone is not going to botloader mode ,phone was ok HTC MOZART ,came to me for rebuild imei.
