htc desire radio brick

Hi all...
Here is a Desire with "radio brick". I have wrote cid 11111111 but the phone remains on S-ON and I cant write any ruu on it. help me what can I do with it? Is there any option for full erase the phone, then recover it to original state? the phone was originally on ORANG001 CID.
If I try with any ruu or fails with "bootloader error" or the ruu cannot recognize it or signature verification error. help me what can I do with it?

Hi
Yes,You Can Full Erase And Full Repair Via "DCC Read/Write" Page and "Resurrect" With Select All Option....Then Reflash
---
But,Usually This Error Come From HW Fault....In Fact,After Heat Phone,
So,Just Freeze Phone For 30min,Then Install RUU....
if Ruu say done,it is HW problem
