HTC Desire recover problem


I have a HTC Desire, entry into the bootloader impossible.
Always see HTC logo and four triangles in corners

I did the next instruction

If phone wont enter bootloader after resurrection, do this :
1. Erase full flash
2. Do resurrection with IMEI , SuperCID and HTC Partition options
3. Upgrade ROM
This procedure is tested by many users already.



1. Erase flash, 4 errors

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.27, JTAG Manager Version: 1.36
Selected Resurrector: [HTC Desire]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x202400E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.99V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]
