htc desire V show logo then off

hi Riff team...

today i got HTC desire V it shows the htc logo then the set shutdown...
even I ressercted the phone but still the same problem..here is the log:

after that i flashed the phone with orginal Ruu but still the same problem...

can some body help me to sort this out??

I have no idea about your phone But i have exactly problem in few month ago

Phone repaired after replace CPU ....MSM72xxA is same by few other models like Desire-C
