There is no download mode in HTC. Install drivers by installing HTC Sync. Press vol down + power. You will enter HBoot. press power to enter fastboot mode. Flash ruu when PC has drivers ready

yes now detected vol down & powr but cant flash bcoz it is s-on

yes if i put this command while fastboot it is detected 11111111 on cmd

if i was change cid 11111111 is SuperCID, this allows you to install any signed RUU without regional restrictions . is it correct
