htc inspire 4g after Resurrection no service

this phone customer gave me recovery mode . i try to factory reset & update but i can not. after i did resurrection phone come blue screen. then i did update using RUU_Ace_Gingerbread_S_Cingular_US_2.47.502.7_Radio _12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03_M_release_200368_signed
now phone is ok but no service
