i mean no try resurrect after write 256mb......only flash with RUU
This is conflict after try repair imei or write h.boot
----
so,please try write dump file,Then reflash with latest ruu(This is very important)latest Ruu and latest H.Boot

Dear Babak Nuri,
I would like to let you know that I have sucessfuly fix the inspire 4g with network problems. I got another Inspire 4G from USA, this one came with network locked and read the 256mb with the riff box and write on the device with no network, after this I install the latest RUU from AT&T and at the end the device finally got network, now is working like a charm.
I am now uploading this 256mb flash bin file to hotfile servers so anyone with this problem can fix this issue just the way I did.

All right, here is the link for a full dump flash from Inspire 4G locked network and working:

Now everybody can use this file to fix their bricked Inspire 4G in case the need the full flash file.

After write dump file if you try again for resurrect you lose network
so,just try this:

1-write dump file
2-flash with latest Ruu
or
1-write dump file
2-if you don't have ruu same as dump cid, plz try resurrect but disable all option except CID

i write dump file and flash with latest Ruu but no network also
and After write dump file don't try to do resurrect again
