I have the same problem in both devices and I sent an email to the company

Hi friends!

I have the same problem, but I did not went wrong it.
I would try to clone the rom1 emmc area and lokking for that
backup for 90014a Cid chip.
The second idea, I will try ind diag mode repair the msl lock or imsi numbers.
