htc one s after boot reapair still dead - GSM-Forum

hi
I got a htc one s pj40100 dead. when connect to pc for a moment showing device but immediately disconnected and in device manager refreshing ( connect disconnect ). I repaired its boot by riff box ver 1.55 .
now phone is dead and when connect it to pc show device not recognized.
this is the log
what is the solution???

is it problem 14.83 gb with1.56 gb file?

RIFF BOX supporters if there is no way to repair this phone let me know to assemble phone and return it to owner.
i also try to write full dump from support ( htc one s4 jet) it is about 5 gb and show size error.
tray to dump from phone and it look like try to dump 16 gb about 50 hrs

.
also try with full options Resurrection but same result and usb device not recognized.
