htc radar PI06100 repair fail??


salem!!!
i have an htc windows RADAR try to repair boot via usb using tp mode !
connection is ok but repair not succeed ???
Code:
Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

after rehot cpu :
