Member: 2878 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9,123 | i scratched the holes with a needle and if you see a very very small contact point, then you found the data line, stick exakt to this line with a needle... on the needle you need to solder the jtag wire and hold it by hand while resurect.. that worked for me, but i had only one broken point. i dont think you get other way as that, because mostly the lines gose direct under the bga chip. so do it with needle or desolder flash. |
