Hi!

HTC sensation XL
I changed CID(HTC__622) to SUPERCID(HTC__001) by RIFF and tried to update European RUU RUU_RUNNYMEDE_ICS_35_S_HTC_Europe_2_31_401_2_Radio _20_70_30_0832U_3831_16_00_16_M_release_258303_sig ned_exe

But after update phone has bricked
Now it has a black screen with HTC logo

I try to fix it by RIFFBOX but after resurrection phone still has a black screen

Just get in bootloader mode and update the upper ROM

Please Resurect phone with JTAG Interface because this dll have a S-OFF Option

So,Try This:
1-Solder JTAG Wires and Connect Phone To RIFF Box
2-Open "eMMC Plugin" and Load any Dump file Higher 256mb or load "Partition Info" File
3-Press "Make Partition From File"
4-Press "Repartition eMMC"
--Now
5-Goto Resurrection Page and Press "Resurrect"
6-Select All Option (HBoot/Recovery/Wlan/HTC/CID/Imei)
7-Put (11111111) at CID Window....(This is superCID...not HTC_001)
8-Press "Start Resurrection)
--
Now,,,,Wait for 10 min ,untill PCB little cold
Try Flashing With Any GB RUU...

After repair and phone back to work,you can update again to ICS
