Hi,i want to know if htc shadow is suported for unlock/imei repair

I am waiting for my RIFF but i need to know if i can unlock shadow II with this tool cos i have a consumer waiting for this(10 pieces),and i can say to him that wait me till my tool comes.
but he is asking me: will you can unlock it or you won´t.and i dont know what to tell him

.

any way i know it is best tool for far for htc.
