Huawei B8 Lite L21 ERR[006E], POS[0003]

Hi,

I am trying to connect via ISP with P8 Lite and got following errors

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.51 (RIFFBOX2), JTAG Manager Version: 1.81
Selected Resurrector: [Huawei P8 Lite (ALE-L21) ISP V1.0.6732.51839, <eMMC/SD & GPIO>, 1 Bit Bus Width (DAT0)]

Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card...ERROR
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.59V, SD_CLK Frequency is 34 MHz

Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card Failed (ERR[006E], POS[0003])

I have double checked wiring and looks correct.
Changing I/O voltage and frequency does not help.

Any suggestions?

That's too bad.

Phone is locked with security code and I was hoping this way I will recover the data.

Is this a Riff bug?

I have checked today BUS with oscilloscope.
CLK and COMMAND looks corect however there is nothing on DATA0, only some noise when clock is active.
I have tried with different Pull UP or Down resistors but no effect.

Is this DATA0 pinout confirmed?

Posted by black-micron so 100% tested.
Possibly dat0 not scratched on correct place or badly soldered.

Wiring double checked and re-soldered.
Trials with external power supply also without success.
Case closed as not-solved.
