ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

I try diferent speed from 20 khz to maxim ...
same result.
Wire ar 10 cm from box to phone....

Where is problem?

Whenever You have such error, first thing to do is to check NRST and GND pins.
If both are connected properly, and error persists, that means device hardware is bad, and RAM cannot be initialized.

I had the same problem, i tried resoldering almost all of the components but no luck, riff cannot comunicate with phone. 100% hardware problem. Did you solved it?

RAM Memory Dead. Just played with one same case ... HYNIX emmc with integrated RAM.

btw. Legija already wrtote that ...
