I can't update dll, not possible to download new manager ... no one downloads .
What's wrong with your server ? (or it's my box's faults ?)
I have changed two ISP, still the same result .

It can not be Box fault.

Would You be so kind and provide ANY information - is there any error code, what OS You're using, do You have AV and Firewall, etc etc.

"It doesn't work" means nothing.

Ok, ok ...

I have fresh XP sp3, there is no error code - program stuck on "Getting Update information from the Server ", the symbol "/" is spinning, but nothing happens . I also using licensed KIS 2012, the RIFF program added in exeption base .

If You use KIS, then its clear - it prevents it to access internet.

You should check it's options for more deep settings. We can't do much about this, it is up to You to set KIS properly.

Are you sure about KIS restriction ? I tried to unload KIS, it does not help . ( tried to off any net restriction in the KIS also)
Can you provide to me the server's IP adress for ping from my side ?

Hm .... I look closely to the RIFF prog, and got strange result : the program seccessfully make conection with server, but can't download ... (KIS is off this time)

In that case, You must be behind some firewal, or NAT, which prevents RIFF from switching to passive ports when downloading updates.

I just checked server logs, Your IP downloaded HASH ok, and then it was logged out.
Check Your firewall/router settings for NAT and uPnP.
