Please Use ENG Language in JTAG_Manger
But if you have freeze jtag manager,it come from bad soldering or unstable power
just try double check jtag wires

But if Jtag Manager Freeze When Extracting Partition From File,Maybe you have bad dump or you have old/low CPU in Your PC
