HTC wildfire S - after resurrection can't flash any firmware

I can't revive HTC WILDFIRE S (Marvel) after resurrection (because logo hang-up after reboot only, only original htc bootloader is working). After fully performed resurrection and all partition repair (including imei), hboot is 0.90.0000, CID HTC__001 (first time, secondtime i tried Super CID 11111111).

All attemp for flashing with original shipped rom terminated in CID checking point.

after resurrection by RIFF BOX same hboot 1.03.0000 and same CID

I need hboot 0.90.0000
CID 11111111

Not work HTC WIldfire S DLL ?

I tried reflash full flash with hboot 0.90.0000 and resurrection.
same hboot 1.03.0000 and same CID


I have made resurrection 10 phones month ago, all was good


What's wrong HTC WIldfire S DLL?

1. Reflash HTC Wildfirw S with full flash WildFireS_Full_alive.rar by RIFF BOX

- Switch to "DCC Read/Write" TAB
- Select "Access ROM1 Address Space"
- Check "Auto Fullflash size"
- In "main" field open desired backup file
- Check "Image Files use Used"
- Check "Use Address as Offset for Flash Files"
- Click "Write Flash"


2. Make resurrection
3. Flash with goldgard PG76IMG.zip

1. Reflash HTC Wildfirw S with full flash WildFireS_Full_alive.rar by RIFF BOX

- Switch to "DCC Read/Write" TAB
- Select "Access ROM1 Address Space"

2. Make resurrection. after resurrection you have
- HBOOT 1.03 (NOT 0.90.0000 I don't know why)
- S-ON


3. read unlock code

4. Flash with goldgard PG76IMG.zip

5. after flashing. you have android 2.3.5

By RUU updater i'v got error code [140]

Error 140 indicates that You tried to update ROM with lower version then it's already in phone.
You simply need to find newer version RUU. If for some reason You must use exact version You're trying, then You need to write SPL first, and use cooked ROM without Radio part.

To unpack desired SPL from nbh image and write it to HTC phone requires some skill level, when i get some time I will prepare easy to understand manual for this.

Desired ROM in my HTC is 2.17.0.0 (??) now and i can't find the same version for reflash, i thing there is the problem...

I have the same problem but most unfortunately I don't know what should i do exactly,specially starred part(***):

My method is:
1. DCC Read/Write > Erase Flash (Access ROM1 Adress Space, Auto FullFlash Size)
2. In resurrection wizard check everything including IMEI repair, WITHOUT ‘Repair RECOVERY zones’
3. After resurrection version-main variable is empty and then flash with any ROM version is possible.
4. (Optional) - S-OFF and whatever you want.

I think that resurrector needs to be correct.

My problem is i need flash this handset.
can't find the desired RUU.
Error 140 is returned!!!

The Rom that i have is

RUU_Marvel_S_hTC_Asia_India_2.13.720.1

The other rom available on web are also old one!!!

the set is having latest firmware i guess.

The problem with this set is old touch sensor broken, new one just didn't work at all.
Readed on forum somewhere that we need to flash this set first in order to get new touch sensor working.

Please guide on this!!!

After full erase i tried resurrecting the handset.

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...OK

Detected an Initialized FLASH1 Chip, ID: 0x00AD/0x55BC (512MB)
Selected Resurrection Data for the NAND Chip with Page size = 2KB

Flashing the dead body...OK

After resurrection when connected to pc, handset ask for Android 1.0 drivers, i tried installing HTC Sync, still, i can't find drivers for it!!!!
can someone share it!!!

One more thing that i found strange is in the resurrection manual it is written

Resurrector will reflash radio’s boot zone and will re-write PDA’s 
SPL to 0.90.0000 (for NAND chips with 4Kb page size) and 
to 1.03.0000 (for NAND chips with 2Kb page size) versions.

in my case it is 2kb page size, still i cannot get select option for selection of SPL, it is by default selected at 0.90.0000


Mods please guide on this & please share link for Android 1.0 drivers!!
