I5510 half flash phone dead but can not connect woth RIFF box?

Hi guy i m having very strange problem i was flashing i5510 half flash phone fail to flash and phone went dead i m trying with riff box to make my phone alive but i can not connect with riff box always saying this

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.30, JTAG Manager Version: 1.38
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung i5510]

None is detected.

another thing i found is in this pic it saying no 9 is GND but when i check with multimeter it has reading. its not GND

can some one plz tell me what to do?
