i5510 problem - GSM-Forum

samsung i5510 hang at i5510 logo
cant go download mode with q+power
cant go recovery mode with any key combination
when connected to pc with usb shows autorun prompt at desktop trying to open some drive but no drive opens

resurrated with riff ok
go to download mode with q+power
cant go recovery mode with any key combination
still auto run starts and no drive opens with connected in normal mode

flashed sucessfully with odin with I5510DDJK4_ODDJK4_DDJK4.zip
now still hangs at i5510 and autorun mode and doesnt starts ok
tried to wipe set with recovery mode but cant enter recovery mode
strange after flash cant enter download mode with q+power keys

please help to recover the fone

Hi

You Have 2 Options

1- Erase Full Flash + Resurrect + Reflash with odin = repair imei

2- Erase Full Flash + Write Working Full Dump

pls guide what settings to select for erase
this will be my first erase for android device
as i learnt i5510 doesnt have efs so imei can be easily repaired

btw my fone get boot repaired with riff
can flash with onefile package only, set goes boot dead with full pack flashing,using odin
but now problem is on getting information pda and csc info is shown
but phone info is unknown

please guide how to solveit,masters

Hi

Use option 2

2- Erase Full Flash + Write Working Full Dump

for erase :
Goto DCC Read/Write Page
Select "Auto Full Flash Size" , "Image File is Used" .. " Use Address as Offset"
Unselect File on "Main"....you can see "erase" Key
Press "erase"
----------------------------------for writing full dump
just select dump file in "main" box and Press "Write"
all selected option same as "erase" Instructions

before i have i5510 hanging on logo and cant enter download mode then i do your instruction erase full flash then write dump i5510 now phone can enter download mode but still hang on logo. i press 5(T) and on/off button for 5 sec not working for factory reset (just hang in logo).
whats the problem. thxbefore
