i710 repair error

I use the version 1.11
resurrection:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Connecting to the dead body...
ERROR: Set I/O Voltage to 3,00V failed. Real reading is 2,89V

JTag R/W after change manualy i/o voltage :

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Connecting to the PXA270 target...OK
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.89V, TCK Frequency is 10 MHz
Target ID on TAP0: 0x79265013 - Connected OK

Real Voltage on PCB - 2.89 (2.88)
(The situation is identical to working and dead devices)
How to repair my I710?

Why you not connect all pin ??
In your setting is TCK signal setting but should be RTCK why you not connect proper pins like is in manual and you change setting after select model ?? Why you not live good setting but just try something change and now not working you ?? ??
