i was trying to repair phone efs via full i9000_GalaxtyS_full512MB_OK_levsha.bin its come back as sec mode then try acked up flash but same thing then i try to repair boot but nothing come back at screen just 20-21 at power adapter is there any step by step guide for make it up and give back to customer?

when customer bring the phone what was the problem.
