whats the problem ?

This is Bad Soldering
Just Check or Resolder All Wires
Also Same as This diffrent error RIFF JTAG Box FAQ - Detected dead body ID: 0x000000E1 - WRONG!!!

Hi.

I would test with I9023 DLL first.

If no succeed try with Gremlin Option checked.

We are searching for a solution. (i9020T) Owners. If you try with I9000 Dll it turn on for sure.

No. You can't flash it woth that dll.

But it will turns on.
