i9070 basband unknown+imei null

hi i have a phone i9070 in pcb with no network registred.
after chek basband unk and imei null so i did to repaire with riff with partition 5 and 6 but problem now imei ok but basband xxx.

note i have download this 2 files from 4 shared so can possible this 2 files have problem.any brother can upload this 2 files from this subject here

Anyway...Follow this:

first,check phone for exactly model ..I9070 or I9070P

Then Download Full Firmware for 2.3.6 version (3 or 4 parts FW needed With .Pit file)
Now Flash Phone Via Odin and Select "Re-Partitions"
After done,,,Write 128MB dump file to phone Via "DCC Read/Write" Page
After Done,Flash Phone again With First FW

Now,Just Need Flash Phone With Any 4.1.2 FW

(Maybe in Step 1 and 3 ,Phone have a lot hang and FC,,,,But This is not important)

i9070 basband unknown+ imei null repaired with partition 5 & 6 with described tutorials..
after that problem is: at first day call dropped auto after 20 seconds.
now I can see only provider name in status bar (no incoming & outgoing with all providers)
always response with not reachable...
is it hardware problem ?
