I9100 after resurrection not download mode

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.30, JTAG Manager Version: 1.38
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung i9100]

Detected dead body ID: 0x4BA00477 - CORRECT!

try with usb jig for downloading
maybe damaged Gremlin zone
or maybe hw fault

It's also possible that phone have HW problem with eMMC chip

I have no idea how it got to this stage.
The client brought it to me so will not start
How can I fix it so it's really the chip?

Many of New Phone Based on Android Have a eMMc Chip for mass storage,Also Internall_sd...because phone need fine eMMc for power on and Normal Startup
If phone have a fault in eMMC chip:
: some time's not power on
: some time's power on but hang on logo
: some time's Restart after power on
: some time's Startup phone but not work any App's like camera
:etc

If eMMc damaged by wrong Firmware or Killed By Lagfix(Convert RFS to EXT4) Usually You can Repair With or Without JTAG
But If Hardware damaged,You Can change eMMC Chip only for Some Model

Change eMMC Not Possible for some phone with Have DBL-Fsbl

Anyway....If You Want Repair Your phone ,You Can do it..very Hard and you need good Knowledge and experience
