I'm currently having the same problem. When I try to use the "Initiate Download Mode" option and hold the button combo, it fails.

I'm guess the IBL is toast but I was hoping that the initiate download mode feature won't work for me.

Any advice RIFF team? Legija WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!

Been missing you on ICQ buddy!

Btw I've repaired over 5 i9100's and this is not a user or soldering problem.

i had resurrection once time but it gone to recovery mode when i hold vol- home and power key. Then it could not show anything like dead again.But can not resurrection anymore and always currupt with error . Anyone help me ?

it's mean damaged flash chip because DCC Loader can not detected it...

This is clear case if damaged eMMC...
So,You need replace by new one
