i9100P bricked after upgrade

Hello, I have i9100p bricked after upgrade software to 4.x.x by owner.
After this phone was dead and didn't go into download mode (by pressing button or jig plug). I tried to resurrect by RIFF and then download mode started. When I flashed onefilepackage to 4.0.3 or 4.3.6 it was successfull but it got stuck on logo. When I flashed 3filespackage to 4.0.3 then it stuck on data fs. Today I tried a few times to ressurect this phone one more time.
Last time was successful. When I connect a jig plug then phone shows green android logo (DM). What should I do now? (which version of software 2.3.6, 4.0.3, 4.3.6, one or three files package, which PIT file) Is it possible that the eMMc part is broken and needs to be replaced?
