i9190 Failed to revive ! - GSM-Forum

Am getting this error :

Starting communication with resurrector...FAILED
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

ALready tried on speed.. Still same. When connect to USDB detect as Qload something

same problem..
I9190 detected as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 ..

how to fix it..
