i9300 efs invalid argument

hi there got a s3 gt-i9300 that as a efs file fault and also stuck on samsung start up

i can get into download mode but cant seem to fine a efs file

any help would be good cheers

Put phone on download mode, make reset EFS on octopus software and restart phone write original imei again and ask for the money .
