If phone pc recognize phone as qualcom loader then u can repair dead boot via usb.......Just install correct drivers, download this file:https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/71396908/galaxy_S4_9505%20boot%20repair%20QHUSB.exe ... Run the file as admin, select correct comport, and click on "recover device". After successful recovery u need to flash phone via odin with stock rom including PIT file. If u flash it without PIT phone will be dead again. Good luck. Post result here.

Thanks to mr legija....

I can't understand how it works.

I have about 20 PCB with no power on error and for all value is between 0,05 A ~ 0.07 A.
I installed QHUSB driver, connect phone to pc, pc recognizes port.
Start program galaxy_s4_I9505 boot , click Run -> a cmd windows appears for 3-4 sec finish and closes, what do I do after ???? Phone is still dead, same current !!

if CMD Closed after 3-4 second,It Mean eMMC Not Detect Properly

So,Please check every PCB via RIFF box for Check eMMC Chip

if eMMC Can't detect via DCC Loader,You need replace
if eMMC Can detect ,Please write latest working dump file

Where do I find dump file.
So PC detect phone but after I lunch S4 boot repair CMD window appears some action there an closes.
I will add screen shots. A friend told me that for PCB stuck at 0.5 A ~ 0.7 A it's due to PMIC. I will test and come back with answer.
