I997 infuse ( E :failed to mount /dbdata )

Hi there i have an i997 infuse, which is stuck in recovery mode

and gives error....

Quote:
Deleting Cryption Meta Data

-- Copying media files...

E :failed to mount /dbdata (File exists)
E :copy_dbdata_media:Can't mount /dbdata
your storage not prepared yet. please use UI menu
for format and reboot actions
.
Meida
files copy failed.

I tried flashing it with stock Firmware from **************** with odin, with pit without pit, Flashed with SPT, Z3x but still same.

I think the last option is to write Full Dump from working phone.

So does someone have I997 Full Dump please share.

Or any other solution would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply

Im sure that it's not hardware problem as the phone was in working condition
the customer tried to flash custom ics firmware on it and thereafter phone stuck in this condition.

And i'm sure about the model and the firmware i'm flashing.

Problem solved

PRODUCT SUPPORTERS PLEASE RESEARCH FOR THE PROBLEM AND THEN TRY TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION.

My problem solved by just flashing I997UCKE4 firmware.

I was just going to kill my phone trying to replace its eMMc chip.

Thank G O D i tried flashing this firmware before trying BABAK_NURI's advice.

This is not to be rude on the riff team but one should try to first learn the problem himself. This could save or even destroy someones phone.

I997UCKE4 Was downloaded from SPT support section and was in .spt format.

And is meant to be flashed with SPT box.

Flashing with original flasher didn't helped me.

Just download this firmware from SPT support and flash it with SPT software.
