JTAG Manager debug version for those with FW update problem - GSM-Forum

Hello,

Some of the users have problem with firmware update:

Quote:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
RIFF Box Firmware Version: 1.37 (RIFFBOX1)

Connecting to the Updates Server...OK
Downloading new Firmware from Server...ERROR
ERROR: Couldn't connect to the Updates Server. Try again later.

This happens if connection is slow or unstable, but in order to exactly locate problem and solve it we need more information.
For this purpose, we've prepared debug version of JTAG Manager, which will write log file with debug info.

Please start this exe from empty folder, and after You try firmware update (successful or not) copy content of "JTAGManager_fw_update_debug.txt" here.
