| Hi there!, I need support with the Riff Box for Samsung SPH-710 "Galaxy S II" I want to "READ" Download the internal memory of the phone but it keeps Beeping 5 times after it gets to an address.. I keep trying to continue where it left off but is seems to be stuck at an address. How do I know if the phone is On and communicating? I wonder if the phone is shutting off... Can and should I use the 4.2V out to provide (virtual battery) power? What I do now is plug the PHONE USB cord to the computer, then insert the Battery to turn it on. I also tried turning it on with or without the battery by providing power VIA USB only (powered by the computer). FYI: the USB port on the RIFF box doesn't seem to work well (yes, I did enable it in the advanced settings) ... I get a better response from the phone when it is powered direct from the PC.. Should I use a power adapter instead? History: The phone failed after being wet by rain... I took it apart cleaned it and dried it thoroughly... It responds well but the screen no longer works... So I try to power it up with or without the screen connected... It works better I think with the screen disconnected.. Is this the right way? I want to recover the memory inside before doing anything to it that will erase the data... Should I try "Resurrecting"? What does it mean when the JTAG Manager beeps 5 times, when trying to read? If the Green Data light doesn't flash anymore does that mean that the phone shut off? I wish the box/software were more informative so that I know what to check or what is the cause... Should I use "JTAG READ/WRITE" or "DCC READ/WRITE" Are there any specific instructions on how to (READ) Backup the data through JTAG? Please let me know Thanks -J Below some of the Screen Messages: Open serial port...OK Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK Firmware Version: 1.33, JTAG Manager Version: 1.44 Selected Resurrector: [Samsung SPH-D710 V1.0.4514.6533] Connecting to the dead body...OK Detected dead body ID: 0x4BA00477 - CORRECT!
