riff resurrector settings disabled - GSM-Forum

i cannot add models, when i click on update its shows cannot connect to the server, so i try to add manually by copying resurrector file to to the destination
"C:\Program Files (x86)\RIFF Box JTAG Manager\RepairPacks"
but still not active the resurrector settings

why moderators or supporters not giving answers to those users who are using your own products???

remove riff setup and restart pc then again setup riff box new setup

Simply copy structure from support page (I presume You used web download).

If file is stored in "Resurrectors" folder, You need to save it to same folder on disk.

*.dll files go to "Resurrectors"
*.riffpkg go to "RepairPacks".

We believed that this is logical, thus no precise instructions, obviously we were wrong.
