Battery is empty.
Charge it - and make sure that NRST pin is connected properly.

i try on/off hold and usb conected ,batery is 3.7 v
change more speed.........

Check target device connection
Check wire length, must be shortest
Check supply , better use usb with power supply on battery points
Use power button while halting
