mf170 dead after resurection


i have zte mf170 locked on kyivstar ukraine, i try to flash it whis riff as i usualy do whis huawei e1550 and i got dead body. my fault that i dont make backup. any advices?

Working backups usually resides within working devices.
It's easy to read it out.

Not work. After flashing modem still dead, it doesn`t detects by windows.

Hi,
Sorry for delay, so - as I can see, You used correct settings while writing backup.
However - error 0x22 means there was CRC error in data transfer.

Something was wrong when You was writing backup, or such error would not appear.
My advices on this are :

- Make sure to use USB Ports on PC, both for box and modem (do not use HUB-s) and with short usb cables.
- Make sure You dont have any resident software running like PC Sync
- Some users reported that Kaspersky can disturb RIFF from correct functioning

Thats it - in case You manage to write backup without any errors, and it still doesnt work, only thing which You could do is to send modem to developers for further checks.
