Hi,

Please, next time do NOT use large font, since we can read this one quote well.

As for Your problem, there are few things You should know:

1. If there is bad blocks developed in NAND chip, You CAN NOT erase them. DCC Loader will skip bad blocks, and they will be excluded from usable address range.
Octopus supporter have no idea about bad blocks handling, hence his advices are useless.

2. Z3X PERMANENTLY kills two partitions in phones (T499 and T589) - EFS and NV_Backup partitions.

3. RIFF Box can repair Boot partitions if they are erased in phone, NOT damaged security, EFS or NVM.

Nevertheless, we have tried to fix many phones destroyed by Z3X, and never had any success. I dont know why, since we never managed to get such phone in our hands.

So, T499 and T580 phones which are killed by Z3X are on pending status for now, there is no 100% tested and proven solution at the moment.
