If even after successful firmware upgrade, box remains in bootcore mode, You need to send it back for repair.

Before contacting factory, You still need to finish diagnostic with tech support, so if You think that You have HW problem with box, first contact us via ICQ :

Check if you have other USB devices attached to your USB. Because RIFF uses too much power it must be the only device plugged into the USB ports of your computer.
