N7000 *#9090# - GSM-Forum

hi i received a N7000 on working condition
the customer tried to unlock it and repair it with medusa?(dont know why cause it boots, but he said that he couldnt pass a certain point conecting several times)
but now the problem is no phone, no imei, baseband unknown
already tried several flashes in 2.3.5 and 2.3.6 with the next options:
reset efs, reset msl, already rooted.
tried 6 versions of SPT none works when it tries to testmode the phone
tried 2 versions of z3x but when looking modem no answer
tried 2 versions with every sigle color repair option in ubtool of ansam dongle
tried GSII_repair.apk in every version
rj45 or usb same result, is there anyway to repair this phone with riff or is hardware damage?
no *#9090# option
