N7000 - After replace eMMC: Capacity = 0B

I have here a N7000 with damaged eMMC so i wanted to replace it. I ordered some from GSMServer and now i replaced damaged eMMC chip.

I soldered wires correctly and connected to Riff.
Quote:
Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.37, JTAG Manager Version: 1.55
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung N7000 V1.0.4860.58267]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.81V, TCK Frequency is 8 MHz

Detected dead body ID: 0x4BA00477
When i press on Ressurection i get this error:

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...OK
Starting communication with resurrector...OK

WARNING: DCC Loader was unable to initialize FLASH1 chip. Error code: 0x03010043

No Resurrection Data is available for the eMMC Chip with Capacity = 0B
WARNING!!! Using Resurrection Data for the eMMC Chip with Capacity = 14,68GB

ERROR: Selected FLASH Chip was not initialized by the DCC Loader.
i know that this is a sign of a damaged eMMC chip, but this eMMC chip is supposed to be new and unused.

Is it possible that i have damaged that one? Or it is not correctly on its place and cant get access? But it looks pretty well on the right place.
I used a Hot Air Gun with 320°C to solder it on the PCB.

In hope to get help from the experts.

thx and br
