Need full dump for One S Ville (S4), please

Hello,
I have a dead HTC One S, resurrect successfull by riff but phone not boot.
The first, i only repair hboot (SPL version), CID, imei successfull but phone not get bootloader, always black screen.

But i plugin cable with PC, phone boot in to a stuck mode, always there but it still black screen.
Try with command "adb devices" and the windows return the id of devices in recovery
Then go on with "adb reboot-bootloader", it reboot to fastboot but phone still black screen.

I attemped to flash RUU but always failed, with these steps
"adb reboot-bootloader"
"fastboot oem rebootRUU"
"fastboot flash zip rom.zip" with rom.zip is stock extract from Ville RUU
sending zip..... but then failed, sorry i forget to write it down.

Second time, resurrect with all option (Recovery Zones, WLAN partition, HTC Partition)
Now phone lost stuck in recovery mode, can connect via adb
But it still boot, and PC detect Android phone, but still black screen

The lcd screen OK because when customer send it to me, it can show htc logo but cannot get hboot.

How can i solve this problem? Pls help with you kind! Thank so much!

Can you provide steps you used to get the phone unbricked. I have T-Mobile one s (PJ40110) which is stuck in QHSUSB_DLOAD after JB Firmware flash and need to get it repaired.

Hi,
I solder wires and resurrect bricked phone as normally.
I get the one as the same with you, customer S-CID it then flash another hboot to upgrade to JB and phone stuck at QHSUSB_DLOAD.
Only one time to resurrect phone and it OK but with one S4 Europe, it so hard to enter bootloader

Ah good good.

so all I have to do is. thou i borrowed riff box from my friend and was all set to to start but at last moment I panicked I went to my friends place for help but unfortunately he had to go so now my phone is at professional repair shop. so I am glad T-mobile one s can be repaired.

So all you have to do is

1) open phone
2) solder jtag connections
3) open riff manager
4) select HTC one S (PJ40100)
5) select resurrect
6) assemble phone back
7) flash stock rom from HBOOT

is this correct. or do you have select any options for T-Mobile One S

Hi
Guys,Please Note, if You Have Any Other Variant Like,T.Mobile or AT@T or Bell....if You Select WWE DLL For Repair Phone,Your Phone Convert To WWE Version,So...You Need Reflash Phone With WWE RUU
After Flashing Done,Some Case Work Properly Also Some Case Not Work Properly..For Ex: Network/BT/Wifi Problem or Signal or Proximity Sensor...
