need guide s5830 cant enter download mode

hello
i have s5830 came in and when i power up with bateray the screen only blink a black screen and goes off, try to enter download mode ( power+vol down+menu) the phone only show black screen and still not enter download mode.
so i try to repair with riff box and here is the log

after i repair it, i try to boot the phone on download mode but why the phone still can't enter download mode and still not detected on my pc

Hi,
Make full backup first, then check for working backup on torrent tracker or data exchange plugin.
Write full backup from working phone and post results.

backup made and write file from torent but no luck still can't enter download mode

can you share with me how to flash this file?

i checked the auto full flash when write and access rom 1 address space.
it is correct?

yes i have the same problem i wrote the full backup and gave me some errors by the way i wonder which options sould be ticked?

chose flash as main
1- access ROM 1
2- Auto Flash size
3- image file used main+spare
4- Use address as offset for flash files
5- press write flash

if errors can not write address came on retry once or twice then ignore until it complete writing , some phones show error and some dont , but phone will work at the end
