Need help with JTAG layout DVP. No connection.

Please correct me what Im doing wrong. Im not advanced user, but I really want do do it myself and didnt expect its so hard...
Device: Dell Venue Pro (QSD8250).
Found jtag port by probing(see pic attached) Device ***** up just USB connected.
As of tested pins by riffbox/voltagemeter 9probe1/probe2/V).
1. 2,59/2,59/4,2-possible power
2. 0,00/2,61 -looks like TDO??
3. 1,44/2,59 -NRST. Only working.
4. 0,00/2,61-again TDO??
5. 0,00/0,00- RTCK??
6.0,14/1,42 -what can be this one.
7. 0,28/2,60 -TDI/TMS/TCK
8. 0,28/2,60 -TDI/TMS/TCK
9. 0,00/2,30- possible TRST??
10.- pure ground
11.2,59/2,59/some voltage
12. 0,28/2,60-TDI/TMS/TCK
Also found that pin "?" has same 0,28/2,60 TDI/TMS/TCK but it doesnt cross with any of 7,8,12.

I had try all combinations of possible TDO with TDI/TMS/TCK besides "?". With RTCK signal and without.
Still saying RTCK signal not respond or in TCK case:device not found.
BTW found that pin 5 and 6 has some resistance with GRD when device off.
Any help will be very appreciated.
