Need help with S5830I - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

I need help with a S5830I with damaged boot.
I probe to repair this with Riff but I get this error:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.32, JTAG Manager Version: 1.42
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung S5830i V1.0.4476.13359]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x07B3617F - IGNORED!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 3.00V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]

When I probe to erase phone I get this :

What is a phone history?

Also,,do you have full dump? or do you have another working phone?
